E2 - Plugins SoftcamManager and SysInfo for CVS Images

Hi,

I attach two plugins SoftcamManager and SysInfo for pure cvs images. No changes necessary for the images before using these plugins and no changes are made by these plugins. After install - the plugins can be found in Menu -> Setup.

Plugin SoftcamManager : Restart dreambox after first install. The plugin allows download/install/start/stop of softcams. The cam binaries are installed in /usr/bin/cam and the cam scripts in /usr/script/cam. If popular, I can add the Autocam facility in future.

Plugin SysInfo : It has a number of useful information scripts. Other scripts can be added to the /scripts folder in the plugin.

Both plugins tested with Oozoon OE-1.6 and a cvs image.
