Pimp my Wii ver 2.25

- Updated DevkitPPC to r24 and libfat to 1.0.10.
- Changed the optimisation of the GCC compiler (may fix some crashes).
- Improved the informations in the export txt / csv.
- Added a warning in the "Install Wad" mode, which will ask you a confirmation if you want to install a stubbed IOS.
