Fixed N*S card reading for latest Smartcards.
Finally EMM Implementation for N*S Smartcards.
EMM Enabling/Disabling for all Smartcards. This function will work as a Blocker when required

Fixed Humax iCord HD
Fixed TopField SBP-2100 CI+ (Leave AUTO PMT Off for this receiver)
Added an extra menu to adjust the HD channels rate. May be needed on some receivers.
Some other minor bug are fixed.
